For this reason, we encourage you to contact the Human Society of the United States Regional Office in your state. Also, the HSUS's Animal Cruelty and Fighting Campaign is setup to help insist that all 50 states properly address issues of animal cruelty. These two resources work closely together and are wonderful places to start if you are unable to find immediate local assistance.
