MISSION: The Columbia Basin Animal Rescue and Protection Agency is a small, 501(c)(3) non-profit, all volunteer, foster-based group. We are looking to help lower the overpopulation problem in our community through spay and neuter assistance, finding animals appropriate and loving forever homes, helping pet owners with finding solutions to their pets behavior issues so that a pet stays in its current home, and helping lower the euthanasia rate in our community.
