We also provide payment plans for those pet owners who do not receive assistance but are experience a financial hardship at the time that their pet is in need of spaying or neutering.
Please contact us at SpayNeuter@cox.net or 504-466-2448 for more information.

Adoption: The adoption fee for an animal adopted through Pet Adoption Services ranges from $75 up to $250 for pure breed pets. All animals offered for adoption are spayed or neutered, heartworm negative, up-to-date on vaccinations, undergo an intestinal parasite check, and are verified to be in good health by our participating veterinarians. In addition to completing an adoption contract, potential adopters should be prepared to agree to a veterinarian check and home visit. A valid driver's license or state I.D. card is required. This simple yet thorough screening process allows us to place the right animal in your committed, loving home.

Scanning (Offered to the public): This is a free service provided to the public for identification of stray animals.

Scanning (All strays are scanned): Our organization scans all stray animals that enter our facility for possible microchips.

Pet Education: We provide pet education pamphlets and videos to the public on adoption, animal care, and animal behavior training. We also provide advice for pet owners who are experiencing behavior issues with their pets.
