MISSION:
The mission of the Humane Society of Rome is to:
Find the right new homes for stray, abandoned, neglected, abused and owner relinquished cats and dogs.
Prevent cruelty to all animals.
Provide humane education to the community especially in regards to the spaying and neutering of cats and dogs.
Rehabilitate and convalesce injured and abused cats and dogs.
