1275 North Marshall El Cajon, CA 92021 (619) 441-1580 Volunteer: Volunteers are important in helping us care for our animals. We require a background check and you must be at least 18 years old. Duties include greeting the public, cleaning kennels, and walking animals. Please call us for further information regarding volunteering. Donation: Donations are greatly appreciated. We could use any pet-related items such as towels and blankets. Monetary donations are also accepted. Please bring or mail donations to us. Service Information for Dogs Adoption: The adoption fee for a dog is $60 and includes the spay or neuter, first set of shots, and a microchip. Purchase License: For altered dogs, licenses cost $8 for one year, $11 for 2 years, and $14 for 3 years. For unaltered dogs, licenses cost $16 for one year, $22 for 2 years, and $28 for 3 years. Scanning (Offered to the public): We scan animals as a free service to the public for identification of stray animals. Accepts Stray Animals: We pick up stray dogs only within the city limits. There is a $5 surrender fee. Service Information for Cats Adoption: The adoption fee for a cat is $50 and includes the spay or neuter, first set of shots, and a microchip. Scanning (Offered to the public): We scan animals as a free service to the public for identification of stray animals. Accepts Stray Animals: We pick up stray cats only within the city limits.
