She lost her loving home when the father decided he didn’t want a dog around anymore. Frannie is a 4 year old red Heeler mix with interesting markings. She is leashed trained, spayed, current on shots, housebroken and knows basic commands. She can become very protective of women and children and takes a while to trust men.
