BJ is a lovely neutered, black and white male, who came to us in 2006 from Martinez Animal Shelter with a Broken Jaw (Est. DOB 6/2002). 'Broken Jaw' kitty, soon became simply BJ. Very mellow and laid back, this boy would be a great cat for someone looking for a buddy of a cat to hang out with. BJ loves chin scratches and sleeping in sun rays. Brioche is a lovely senior, front paw declawed, calico kitty who came to us in 2006 from the Martinez Animal Shelter (DOB 1998). She would like a nice quiet home with an adult. She is a loving kitty. Brioche is very big and VERY Plushy! She will not take just ANY old home. She will want to interview you conclusively and find out what your plans are for her happiness and also what sort of menu you might serve. ***She is a very serious cat about her comfort! Susan is a friendly, outgoing, all black DSH, spayed female (est. DOB 5/05). Susan is very gentle with other cats but can be a little slow to warm up to new people. She gets scared easily, but we think that once she's found her forever home she'll find a level of confidence that she seems unable to find in the shelter. Susan loves to have people pay her attention but is wary of new people approaching her. Trust and confidence in the love of her own person or people is all she really needs. Jeeves is a large, neutered male cat who Dr. Thompson pulled from San Jose Animal Care and Control in the summer of 2006 (Est. DOB 9/2000). Jeeves is a very affectionate and gentle boy. He is very mellow and would love to find a nice home with a place for him near a window where he can enjoy the sun. There are a lot of tuxedo cats, but once you got to know Jeeves, you'd also feel his wonderful personality sets him apart. Jeeves has some inappropriate peeing issues, which may be habitual. Cheeto is a very laid back, neutered, orange tabby and white, DSH boy. Cheeto does very well with other cats. Cheeto is very shy around people and would make an excellent barn kitty or companion to other cats. Cheeto was found as a stray and brought to us with Daisy, who he was very fond of.
