More About Clipper (TN)

A Sweet Little Gentleman!!!

09/21/09 -- Clipper is the sweetest boy imaginable! He just wants to be close to his person all the time. He's 10 years old, around 11lb and needs someone with a big heart because he is a diabetic. All he needs is his special food and 2 little shots a day. His foster mom says he's so easy to take care of. If he gets his little bits of cheese, he doesn't care that he's getting a shot!

Because of Clipper's diabetes, he has to wear a belly band, but he does know to potty on a pee pad inside or go outside. And whenever he goes outside, he will potty...very good boy. Clipper also has advanced cataracts and just sees shadows, but he learns his way around very well. Clipper only wants to please, and he loves to snuggle. In fact, he wants to be your best friend! He's making friends in Chattanooga, TN until his very best friend finds him!

Name:Phoebe
Breed:Maltese / Maltese
Age:Adult
Color/Gender:White and White, Female
Description:

A Princess Indeed!

1/22/10 - Phoebe is a very sweet little girl whose family was no longer able to take care of her. She has CHF and is on 4 medications, some of them 3x's a day. She also has luxating patellas making it very difficult to walk; she also has had chronic ear infections in the past. She weighs 10 pounds; ideally she should be about 6 pounds making it much easier to walk.

Phoebe will be with SCMR for what time she has left, due to her congestive heart failure. She is with a very loving and caring foster family who will be giving her tons of love and affection in West Melbourne, Florida.

If anyone would like to sponsor Phoebe, SCMR would be grateful, no matter the amount.

Name:Dillon
Breed:Maltese / Maltese
Age:Adult
Color/Gender:White and Red, Male
Description:

3/8/2010: Dillon continues to have a great life and is treated like the 'King' he is and is loving every minute of it. Dillon would do great in a home where he can be free to play and have fun, but he also loves his down time with his humans to rest and take an afternoon nap.

12/29/09 - Dillon is still waiting for his forever home. He has been in rescue for one year and would love to be able to 'go home'. Dillon is about 7 years old but still has the youthful energy that some of us humans would love to have! He now weighs about 14 pounds, and admittedly could stand to lose a little.

Dillon loves his toys, playing chase and fetch. He would make a wonderful family dog, and he loves humans, so he would be fine as an only furbaby. He also loves to just hang out watching TV and relaxing. This boy does well riding in the car, and he loves to be able to sit high and watch the world go by.

Dillon is doing very well with his house manners, but he will need time to be able to learn a new routine in his new home, so if you are the one that will do that for him, fill out the adoption application and get the process started! Until then, Dillon is doing well and having a great time in Gainesville, FL
