YAH for Microchipping!
Today we found 2 small breed dogs roaming our neighborhood. We brought them into our home and after a couple hours of playing with them, we opened the garage door and they bolted off. I wished them safety as they traveled back home. About an hour later 1 of the dogs returned. Saddened to not see the other and curious why he couldn’t remember his own way home we brought him in. 15 min later there was a knock at the door. Hoping it somehow was the owner, I was amazed to find it was a couple who found the 2nd dog. We agreed to each keep the dog they found as we both already had 2 dogs of our own. I posted the pics on Pet911 and prayed their family would check the site. The other couple decided to take dog #2 to the vet to be scanned. Just as they are meant to work the microchips in his shoulder was current and now both dogs are back at home. YAH for microchipping!
So a happy ending indeed!
